Are you a planner at heart, too? We love to meet with brides-to-be and those in charge of events to offer our guidance on how to make their event successful. This fee is charged for each meeting or site visit attended. *Save the Date Events by BK is not responsible for the actual event and only provides best practice guidance and tips.
Although a free consultation is provided for each wedding or event inquiry, we understand that sometimes additional meet and greets are needed for your big day. Please let us know if you need additional consultations before booking with Save the Date Events by BK. *This add-on fee does not include any planning services.
Did you book a package above but decide you need help cleaning up the venue after your wedding or event? No problem! Inquire about this add-on option when booking. Venue cleaning guidelines will be adhered to. *Cleaning services are NOT included in any packages above.
Your wedding or event planner will help plan your day from start to finish. We will be in attendance (virtually if planning a destination or out of state event) at all meetings with vendors (including attire decisions, decorations, catering, hairstyles, etc.). A monthly timeline will also be created to help stay on top of everything. Your planner will assist every step of the way to ensure you are comfortable and not stressed the day of.
Your day of coordinator will begin meeting with you 30-60 days before your event to go over wedding expectations and create a Day Of timeline for all vendors and the wedding party.
No! Planning fees are separate from vendor fees. In addition, vendor contracts and agreements are between them and the client. Save the Date Events by BK will help facilitate the agreements, but will not sign on your behalf.
Yes, your budget will be discussed at the first initial meeting. To ensure your wedding or event planner can fully execute your dream vision, a minimum budget of $10,000 is required. This minimum budget includes main wedding vendors, and does not account for additional expenses (attire, make-up, hair, misc.). It is our suggestion that you account for unknown fees, as 2 out of 3 brides and grooms underestimate the cost of bringing their dream wedding to life.

To help make your wedding or event day less stressful, your event planner will create a timeline for all vendors, including arrival, setup, and breakdown estimates. Brittany did an amazing job with all the behind the scenes details for my MANY events! Even when dates and venues changed due to Covid, she diligently looked into other options for me which took off a LOAD of stress from trying to have to figure everything out by myself.
